David has helped organisations worldwide understand and follow these laws effectively, ensuring they operate successfully and legally. He is at the forefront of using artificial intelligence (AI) responsibly and legally. He is also an experienced speaker who has taught thousands about the benefits and risks of emerging technologies, including AI, in person and online. His leadership in the AI Governance Programme helps members learn valuable knowledge and practical ways to use AI safely and effectively while meeting international standards

John is one of the instructors and has been helping organisations to commercialise data and leverage robots and AI (law)fully for years. John has helped hundreds of organisations comply with data laws or regulations, including in a cloud, data protection and freedom of information context. He has presented to multiple audiences on Robot and AI Law – The evolution of persons and law. John has advised many organisations on the law related to automated and electronic processes. In 2018, John attended an International Conference in Paris on AI and the law. He presented on “Is it lawful to use AI to make decisions?” In 2015, he attended a conference on robot and AI law and presented on “privacy in a robot’s world”. He has been hooked ever since.

We will ask you for a list of the people who you would like to have access. We’ll help them receive our emails and send them an invitation by email to log in to the programme. We will then set up a programme onboarding session with those people to orientate them in the programme and get the most out of it.

How many people in my organisation can have access?

The subscription is per organisation. You can give access to an unlimited number of named users in your organisation (unless your quote or invoice specifies a number of users). Members of the programme often add about twenty people. For example, officers, managers and data champions. The programme is not for the executive or general employees.

How long will my organisation have access for?

You will have access for as long as your organisation continues to subscribe. Michalsons continuously updates the content as the law and best practices develop. Like physical fitness, compliance is a journey, and you always work towards being more fit.
