The regulatory and compliance landscape continually evolves, raising questions. We know you are working through our programmes and have many questions you would like answers to. This is why we’re allowing you to ask us any questions that concern you or your organisation. Over the years, the members of our programmes have asked us questions—good questions, challenging questions. We’ve noticed that they are often the same questions at the same time. In other words, many people often have the same questions due to current events.

At Michalsons, rather than answering the same questions repeatedly, we have decided to hold a monthly Q&A session for the members of all our programmes. Members can find answers to their questions and find out what they haven’t considered asking. It is an open floor and an opportunity for members to ask experts.

In this session, we’ll answer any questions you have about information law or any of the programmes’ modules. We know data is precious to your organisation, so we help you navigate the regulations to commercialise it. The regulatory and compliance landscape for managing data is increasingly complicated, especially in cloud environments. Think data protection, data retention, access to information, data subject access requests, cybersecurity, cybercrime, information security, artificial intelligence and much more. You’re welcome to ask us questions about any of these topics.
