Webinar | Enabling data portability | Members and Public
15th May 2024 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am
| R1272Data subjects have the right to port their data from one controller to another. In other words, someone can move their personal data from one organisation to another. For example, an account holder at a bank can move their beneficiaries and debit order from that bank to another new bank. This is referred to as data portability and is something that each controller needs to enable.
Do you enable a data subject to port their data?
