How you will contribute:
You will be part of our Support team. “Support”- because we support both clients and the attorneys at Michalsons. We also manage the tech that the team uses, and strategise and implement much of the marketing. You’ll learn from an experienced team. Don’t be intimidated by the list that follows – you’ll get the hang of it before you know it! The elements of the role include, but are not limited to the following.
Client liaison
- Client Support – we respond to and direct client queries. (Support and Instruct Inboxes)
- Accounts – create estimates and invoices
Marketing
- We manage ‘Events’ – from scheduling with the appropriate attorneys, to creating the Events on the platform, and adding them to the website; to communicating this to the members and potential attendees
- Adwords
- Social Media (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and, Google my business)
- Communications – this is a significant part of what we do.
Manage Keap, our CRM platform, managing the communication schedule, creating newsletters, building campaigns, ensuring email deliverability - Programme development
Tech management
- WordPress– creating template pages, managing updates and brainstorming solutions to problems, creating forms, quizzes etc
- Membership programme software
- Zoom
- Zapier and other integration tools
- Accredible
- Other websites including GilesFiles.co.za and others
- Email deliverability
Billing
- Accounts – create estimates and invoices and respond to queries
- Responding to vendor onboarding requests
- Support for the RFP response process
Nice to have
- Experience working with any of the systems mentioned above
- Mad excel skills
- Some law subjects in your degree
- Good writing skills
