Sarah Buerger (nee Bold) is a tech lawyer who enjoys solving her clients’ problems by giving insightful and practical legal advice.

She has a personal interest in drone and robot law and enjoys debating the intricacies of the grey areas.
Sarah joined Michalsons in 2012.
She is currently providing many practical legal services, including:

  • Helping marketers and brand managers manage promotional competitions legally;
  • Drafting simple, plain language agreements and converting documents to plain language;

  • Subscription Agreements and other related documents for Mergers and Acquisitions;
  • Drafting Memorandums of Incorporation and Shareholders Agreements;
  • Writing opinions on various subjects advising clients on the risks and advising the best way forward.
