You need to know about and possibly take action when the courts hand down PAIA judgments or PAIA cases. It is a critical part of ensuring that your organisation complies with access to information laws. You no longer have to be concerned about how you will continually monitor all judgments to find the relevant ones, or read the judgments to understand what the latest PAIA judgments deal with, or decide what action you may need to take in response to them, because we continually monitor and provide a plain-language summaries of all relevant PAIA judgments or PAIA cases. Our summaries highlight what action you might need to take in response. We summarise any judgment that applies to PAIA. We do all the hard work for you to save you time.
What PAIA judgments or cases?
Essentially, we monitor and summarise any judgments that apply to the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA judgments). We also monitor and summarise access to information judgments or cases in a South African context. We focus on data privacy judgments and access to information judgments but will include others if they are relevant.
