Have you received an Important Notice: Non-Compliance with PAIA Forms from the Information Regulator? Join us for our webinar on “Having a PAIA manual” where we will answer all of your questions and concerns.
Not having a manual is a criminal offence.
Having a PAIA manual is not the only thing you must have in place in order to comply with the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA), but it is a very important component. Not having a manual is a criminal offence. But do all organisations need the same manual? What is the best way to have an up-to-date PAIA manual tailored for your organisation? We will answer all of these questions in our webinar.
It is crucial to understand what PAIA expects of you in terms of having a PAIA manual. Considering that your PAIA Manual must be on your website, it is very easy for the regulator to check whether you comply. This knowledge will help you determine the actions you need to take and how we can help in order to comply.
