At this invitation-only track we will share an early lunch within the broader Microsoft AI Tour, and delve into ethical and responsible management of AI and the role of your organisations’, legal, risk and compliance stakeholders have – especially as the EU AI Act begins to roll out. Together with the Microsoft legal team and Michalsons’ Zwakele Mbanjwa, Microsoft are pleased to host you. We will discuss and share our views on a range of issues and topics such as:
- The structuring of a Responsible AI eco-system, including AI principles and standards
- The building blocks for Responsible AI Governance
- The Microsoft AI Customer Commitments that support and protect our customers and partner on matters from copyright
- Infringement to AI impact assessments, and
- Addressing the emerging EU AI Act.
All while networking with fellow stakeholders and sharing best practices in the area of ethical and responsible AI governance.
More than ever, the dynamics of regulating and legally managing AI, assessing and adapting to the rapidly evolving regulatory and governance landscape needs broad stakeholder engagement and understanding.
