To leverage AI, you need to put the right governance structure in place for AI. By governance structure, we are referring to putting the right team in place to leverage AI, govern AI, manage AI risks and comply with AI regulations. AI regulations (like the EU AI Act) often lack clarity regarding specific accountability. They often use the passive tense, which makes it unclear who must take action.

Who is accountable? What role does the governing body play? Who is the leader of the team? Who are the team players? Who is responsible for what?

Who is responsible for ensuring trustworthy AI in your organisation?

Just like any sports team, effective AI governance demands clear roles and teamwork. You can’t plan or execute an effective AI strategy without clearly knowing who your team players are.

Join us for this webinar in which we will explore this topic and help you find answers.

This module builds on the previous module Briefing the Governing Body on AI, in which we help you to get buy-in from your governing body and explain their role.

What you will learn
