Tessa left Michalsons in 2023 after 4 years. She continually seeks to find ways to solve legal challenges more efficiently and practically.

After qualifying as an attorney, Tessa has taken on the role to be Michalsons’ lead on legal tech and innovation. She thrives on simplifying things that are confusing and believes that nothing is too complicated to find a simple & creative solution. She is all about improving processes and coming up with practical and effective systems.

Tessa helps Michalsons use technology (like privacy platforms, document assembly engines and contract lifecycle management systems) to provide better legal services to clients. She also assists clients to use technology to solve their legal problems.
