Online Legal Guidance Terms

The following are important terms that apply (in addition to the Customer Relationship Terms) to the Michalsons Online Legal Guidance Service:

Each subscription may only be used by the specific subscriber who subscribed. All registered user activity is logged and monitored.
Multiple people cannot login using the same username and password. Anyone sharing their login details will have their account and IP address banned from our servers.
Excessive downloading or copying of content will result in your access being suspended.
We reserve the right to deny anyone access. We will refund a pro rata portion of any subscription paid in advance.
Students must supply acceptable proof that they are a student, upon request.
No refunds are available to anyone who breaches our terms.
You can be invoiced monthly or annually.
VAT does not apply because Lematics (Pty) Ltd, trading as Michalsons Online, is not a VAT vendor.
