Get the King III Report and Code
November 20, 2009 – 1:44 pm by John GilesThe Report for Corporate Governance for South Africa and the Code of Governance Principles (King III or King 3) were released on 1 September 2009.
A draft of King III was previously published for comment. The comments have been considered and any changes that were considered necessary have been made.
King III comprises a Code, a Report and Practice Notes.

What are director’s voting rights in King 3 - what are the changes

Director’s voting rights are not directly dealt with in King III. The Companies Act will however have a significant impact - it is dealt with in various parts of the Act. See http://www.michalsons.com/companies-act-2008-signed-but-not-in-operation/2254
