We focus on helping you understand what you need to do comply with the law and avoid disputes.

Our subscribers would like a fence at the top of the cliff rather than an ambulance at the bottom.  Much of today’s focus on the use of technology in law is on improving the performance of the metaphorical ambulance - rendering it better equipped, quicker, and perhaps cheaper to run.  Our subscribers would prefer not to engage the ambulance in the first place.

There will always be a need for traditional legal services.  However, where appropriate, we believe in using Internet based technologies to transform the way legal services are provided. Our purpose is not to replace attorneys, but rather to help people find online legal services when traditional legal service is not affordable, practicable, or accessible.
